Odds are that TRON (TRX) will team up with Baidu
What remains till now unofficial news and unconfirmed from both parties, however according to Coiness, a cryptocurrency news agent, TRON (TRX) is likely to have started a partnership with China’s largest search engine Baidu. Coiness claims to have been privileged by TRON with this news but the news service didn`t release any further details. According to the news service the upcoming partnership will be officially revealed coming week and further details will be released soon. Therefore, it is still uncertain whether the announcement of Coiness is correct.
Already, last week, Justin Sun, the CEO of TRON has revealed in a tweet that his company will start a cooperation with a very big industry giant and it was up to the crowd to guess the name. Names like Alibaba, Baidu, Clover and more passed the revue. Justin Sun wrote the following in his tweet: “Finally, the first collaboration with an industry giant with a value of tens of billions of dollars. Guess the name.”
TRON is growing very fast and has more than 100 employees around the world. Surprisingly some of those team members were former employees of international giants such as Alibaba and Baidu. The cooperation with Baidu will therefore not entirely out of the blue. The TRON foundation, with its headquarters in Beijing and San Fransisco, was founded in July of 2017 and was launched in December later that year.
TRON has been in the headlights several times passed weeks and the company keeps proving and showing its strength. TRON announced in September the takeover of BitTorrent and the start of a new collaboration between the two companies called ‘Atlas Project’.
However, following their enforced anti-cryptocurrency policy that started in August, Baidu`s collaboration with TRON would be remarkable. The company is mostly known for having an opposing attitude towards the crypto world. Baidu even closed two popular cryptocurrency forums. But the search engine is not entirely opposed to Blockchain and cryptocurrency. Baidu issued in September its own Baidu Blockchain White Paper, aimed at creating “the independent development of the ‘Super Chain’ network system.”
